Modo + Yin is a hot yoga practice that begins with the strength training of the Modo standing sequence, followed by a Yin floor sequence led with music. Modifications are available. This class is suited for both absolute beginners and experienced students.
During the Yin portion, poses are held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. We recommend bringing your own blanket, towel, foam block and or bolster to support your Yin practice.
