About this class: An accessible yet challenging sequence. The Modo class is an all-levels, hatha-style sequence focusing on strength-building, mindfulness and alignment. Postures are held for 3 to 5 rounds of breath – giving you plenty of time to set up the postures safely and sustainably. The Modo series is designed to improve mobility and flexibility through a set sequence of postures while calming the mind and reducing stress through breathing exercises.
