Core and posture are essential elements for a healthy body. Improve both by learning, developing and practicing the fundamentals for a strong body.

Kinesiologist Lesley Standerwick leads this non-cardio class that is focused on functional training that addresses common weaknesses and faults. You will be using resistance bands, slow movements, and no two classes are alike! This class is a great compliment for your yoga practice and it is effective for all fitness levels.
