Each week participants will focus on individual skills in different outdoor Nanaimo locations. The camps alternate between days in local parks and sessions at the Island Optimal Performance Centre for yoga, strength and conditioning sessions in a unique athletic camp experience.
Who: Athletes (All Genders) – 11-16 years old
When: Camp 1: July 15 – 19 and Camp 2: August 12-16
Schedule: 8:30am -12pm daily
